We conducted an analysis of the various items offered by these marketplaces, focusing on categories such as personal protective equipment (PPE), medicines, guides on scamming, web domains, medical frauds, tests, fake medical records, and ventilators. Unfortunately, we did not achieve the desired results.

When police investigate online suspects, the IP address of the individual is typically used; however, Tor browsers create anonymity which renders this tactic impossible. As a result, law enforcement agencies have been working to find new ways to combat the use of dark web marketplaces and bring those involved to justice.
